The Church Leadership Training program is designed to develop, strengthen, and refine the leadership skills of those serving within the body of Christ. Through this training, leaders are equipped not only with practical tools but also with a deeper spiritual understanding to guide and inspire others. The program consists of two core courses: Form of Worshipand Holistic Mission. In the Form of Worship course, leaders explore the various expressions of worship, gaining insight into how each form draws believers closer to God and enriches the spiritual life of the congregation. The Holistic Missioncourse focuses on understanding the church’s calling to minister in every aspect of life—spiritually, socially, and practically—empowering leaders to faithfully pursue the mission God has entrusted to them. Together, these courses prepare leaders to serve with vision, humility, and a heart fully aligned with God’s purpose.
